Quahog Quest 2026
Date: August 22-23, 2026
Location: Portland to Quahog Bay and back

Join us for the Quahog Quest, a two-day sailing event featuring a race from Portland to Quahog Bay, Harpswell, followed by a CYC 90th Anniversary Club Cruise Flotilla in the bay near Snow Island on Saturday evening. The event concludes with a return race to Portland on Sunday morning.  

Saturday, August 22nd: The race will start in Portland, taking participants to Quahog Bay in Harpswell. Choose the route you think will be fastest. Once anchored near Snow Island, sailors can enjoy the evening together in a casual flotilla. Race Committee to provide drinks and food.  

Sunday, August 23rd: After spending the night in Quahog Bay, participants will race back to Portland. Start and finish lines to be determined after evaluating the participants and their home ports. 

This event offers a perfect mix of competitive racing and leisurely camaraderie, with stunning views.
